Shipping Policies

Every AURIC CEYLON order is carefully packaged in our signature plastic-free wrapping before making its journey to you from our studio in Sri Lanka.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, product launches, public holidays, or additional quality checks, processing may take slightly longer.

International Shipping

We use trusted international couriers where available for overseas deliveries.

Australia: 5–12 business days after dispatch
European Union: 7–14 business days after dispatch
United Kingdom: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Rest of World: 7–14 business days after dispatch, subject to availability at checkout

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders over $250 qualify for complimentary international shipping, where available.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or other charges upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your AURIC CEYLON piece. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
Sale items, customised items, personalised items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Process a Return

To initiate a return, please email studio@auricceylon.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return shipping address and next steps.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Faulty Items

While every garment passes through quality control, if you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Please note that slight variations in colour, pattern placement, texture, and traditional batik crackle effects are part of authentic handcrafted batik and are not considered faults.
