Refund policy

At Auric Ceylon, each piece is carefully prepared and inspected before dispatch. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed
Returned with original tags and packaging
In the same condition as received

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, fragrance, stains, or missing tags may not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered depending on product availability. As our batik pieces are often handcrafted in limited quantities, the exact same item may not always be available.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, customized items, personalized items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Auric Ceylon reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
